Motorcycle Exhaust

Automech specializes in high-quality exhaust systems for bikes, designed to enhance performance and aesthetics. Crafted from premium materials for durability and optimal sound, our innovative products cater to all motorbike enthusiasts, promising to elevate the riding experience.

Header

Aftermarket exhaust headers improve engine performance by replacing restrictive factory manifolds. Designed to optimize exhaust flow, they reduce backpressure and increase horsepower and torque.

Muffler

Mufflers reduce engine noise by controlling exhaust sound through internal chambers and sound-absorbing materials. Aftermarket mufflers enhance tone, providing a deeper and sportier sound.

Full System Exhaust

Full system exhausts replace the entire stock exhaust setup, from headers to tailpipes, optimizing airflow and reducing backpressure. This upgrade boosts horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency while enhancing engine sound.

Valvetronic Kit

The Valvetronic kit, which allows for sound control via a remote, can be integrated into both full system exhausts and CAT-back exhaust systems.

Air Filter & Piping

Charge pipes designed for conical air filters enhance airflow significantly. They are essential for all vehicles operating with a stage 2 performance setup.

K&N

For over 50 years, K&N® has been an industry-leader in automotive filtration and technology—offering products to increase performance, protection, and longevity in thousands of vehicle applications for consumers worldwide.

Pipercross

Manufactured in the UK, Pipercross have manufactured high performance air filters for performance and motorsport vehicles for over 40 years, providing teams with filters that have helped win major championships globally.

BMC

BMC Air Filter is one of the most renown brand in the motorcycle and automotive industries. Based in Bologna, Italy, BMC is now an international company with branches in China and India, along with over 96 distributors all over the world.

Superchips Remap

Superchips ECU remaps will optimise the performance of your car, helping to maximize your driving pleasure. Engine tuning, for petrol or diesel engines, will change your driving experience.

Roll Cage

These cages are designed to be bolted to the car’s chassis, often using mounting plates welded to the frame.

Mild Steel: An affordable and readily available material, often used in entry-level roll cages.

Chromoly Steel: A stronger and lighter material than mild steel, commonly used in professional motorsports.

Aluminum: While lightweight, aluminum is less commonly used due to its lower strength compared to steel.

4 Point Roll Cage
  • This cage has four connection points to the chassis: two behind the driver’s seat and two further back, often around the shock towers.
6 Point Roll Cage
  • This cage adds two additional connection points at the front, near the A-pillars, providing more comprehensive protection.
Multi Point Roll Cage
  • This type of cage includes more than six connection points, often used in high-level motorsport and offering the highest level of safety and structural support.

Intercooler Piping

Intercooler piping connects the turbocharger to the intercooler, ensuring efficient airflow. Upgraded piping reduces pressure drop, increases boost response, and prevents heat soak. Made from durable materials like aluminum or stainless steel, it enhances performance, reliability, and throttle response in forced induction setups.
